The Featured Story Widget allows you to embed the World News Digest featured home page article on your web page.*
The Embed Featured Story link is located in the Special Feature box, found in the top-right corner of the World News Digest home page.
Clicking this link opens a pop-up window with the embed code and a preview of how the widget will appear when embedded on the web page.
Copy the embed code and paste the code into body of the html code of the web page. Students or patrons will see the World News Digest Featured Story Widget display within that site as shown in the preview.
The link in the embedded widget provides direct access to the World News Digest featured article and the rest of the site when the user's computer is authenticated via the institution's IP address or referring URL. Otherwise, the user will be asked for username and password to access the World News Digest,
